Computava are aware that the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a major cause for concern around the world. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are taking appropriate steps by following UK Government guidelines to safeguard both ourselves and the clients who we complete work for.
At this moment in time, Computava are continuing to trade from our office – as well as mobile visits to individuals and businesses. We are taking extra steps to comply with the published Government guidelines by ensuring that all work that we complete on behalf of our customers is done so hygienically by adhering to the following measures:
- We will apply anti-bacterial wipes on any customer equipment before we undertake any work.
- We will regularly wash our hands using anti-bacterial soap for 20+ seconds whilst completing work on any customer equipment.
- We will re-apply disinfectant on any customer equipment after work has been completed by us.
These measures that we have stated aim to protect both ourselves and the customers who we complete work for. Should any of the UK Government guidelines change in the coming days, we are prepared to activate our business continuity plans and will publish another update to inform our customers if this goes ahead.
